Stop Press - CPO withdrawn by Basildon Council

On 22 September 2008, Basildon Council applied for a Compulsory Purchase Order for the remainder of the Riverside Place site, so that Bradgate Developments could complete Phase 2 of this development. We now all have the benefit of seeing just what Phase 1 looks like, and if you have any feelings at all for Wickford you cannot fail to be dismayed by the massive scale of the beast!

A number of objections were submitted, and the CPO was withdrawn.
