  It will add to congestion

Yellow Advertiser, 6 December 2007, letters page - 'name and address supplied'

I WONDER whether the local councillors who made the decision to approve the regeneration of Wickford have taken into consideration how long it takes to get in and out of Wickford during peak times -in the morning between 7.30am and 9am and again in the evening from 4.30pm until 7pm.
I very much doubt they have communicated to the county councillors the fact that it is total gridlock and can take up to 20 minutes just to move from the Darby Digger to the A127.
The extra cars will no doubt add to this gridlock.
What is being done about this? Absolutely nothing!
Just remember this when the elections come round in May.
