Too many flats
Yellow Advertiser 4 October 2007 WHILST I am in favour in principle of the regeneration of Wickford I tend to agree with Alan Ball that far too many flats are on the plans to be built. You only have to see the number of 'For Let' boards outside flats built during the past five years to realise that they are being bought for investment purposes and if not maintained will soon fall into disrepair. The traffic problem should also be addressed as a priority before planning permission is given. Beryl Canham |
